Hey Shawn. My understanding is that Pacquiao will have one more fight, retire and then (eventually) become President of the Philippines. A few names have been thrown out for this final fight, including Floyd Mayweather.

I am out of the loop for new blackjack layouts. I assume Pacquiao's final fight would be in Vegas, but he has fought in a Texas stadium due to his popularity in that region. If the fight is in Vegas, you best bet to get a layout would be someone who lives there - most likely a "Creeper".
