Oh I'm sure someone has. If I remember right, Don L had the red one and someone else did also years ago. I've had leads and clues, but for some reason, I don't know the specific answer. Lets assume, that it's known now, but I missed it...

I got them on eBay, and if there's a blue and a red, I wonder if there are whites?

Believe me, I've looked at maps and tried the inverse, so the land was the light part and the dark was water. I'm confident that someone knows and the missing part is, I just missed the answer.
