I have a very worn token that I am about to put up on Ebay. When I look at Archie's 1998 book it shows one side as GRA-1 but the reverse side is SHO-1a. As beat up as the token is you can make out enough of both sides to see that it is as I have described. My question is, is the picture shown on page 74 for SHO-1a wrong. Not the side that says Showboat, the other one. It both pictures are correct as in the book then I have a misprint token.
On the chip guide CG138872 is one side of my token because you can read the "OPM" printed on it as well as make out the building. The other side of my token is clearly Bally Grand CG113325 because you can make out the words around the edge including the word "Grand" and the image of the eagle. So again is my token an error or is the book and website in error. Thanks for any help.
