James I only get what holidays my shift lands on unless I take a vacation day on those days.Im working Thanksgiving night and Christmas day, just how my schedule lands this year. There always has to be 2 people on site to control the power distribution and keep the engines and such running. My job is both, but working 12hrs. Each shift give me quite a few days off in between after my 36 to 48 hours.I can imagine the demand for anyone in the food indusry.Must be high volume high demand, go go go.in a busy place.Hope you get some time to yourself, like the convention in Las Vegas is a perfect getaway vacation and can enjoy your hobby too.Torrey
