Fred-Nancy Kidwell (owner) once told me the reason she didn't operate the 21 game was because it was
too hard to get dealers and when she did they usually turned out to be crooks. Also, her husband Slim Kidwell,
a pioneer aviator, told me this story: One day he was flying his plane (on automatic pilot) out of California
looking for a location to build some sort of business. He fell asleep and when he woke up he was almost
out of fuel. He had to land pretty quickly and that is where he decided to build the Cal-Nev-Ari.
