That is where they shipped the chips.
This part comes from research.
Fred "Snorts" Weyerman, maybe used at C&C Recreation in Omaha.
Many cigar stores served as retailers for chips.
Some C&C chips were found in Ca.
The CA boys have a habit of finding attributions for any chip found in CA.
