I purchased this chip recently but do not know where it came from.
The original purchaser picked it up in South Africa, but the denomination does not go along with this country much lower chip denominations. However suspect this chip does come from another country in Africa!

The mold is interesting as well. Never seen it before. Is "A" for Africa?
