one of the problems I've encountered in recent chips re all Harrahs properties is that the book they use with pics of all non-redeemed chips now only seems to go back a few years. Anything older than that, if unfamiliar to the cage staff, gets bounced. Best to go at busier times when the more experienced employees are there.
