A Streak chip is like a "marker" used in Streak Blackjack tables. Taj Mahal had those tables but was not very popular so they decided to take them out.

The blackjack table layout has spots marked 1, 2, 3, and so on. A player makes a bet that he will consecutively wins in several hands. When the player wins the Streak chip is move to the next number and so. The payoff or wins are in various combinations.

I heard this Streak Blackjack is very popular in Southern California casinos. Maybe they can explain the game better than what I am trying to tell you here.
