That you didn't see the full video, but only 10 frames from it, you can't tell as well: The video speaks eloquently, and the insurance company of the red light runner would be crazy to take this to court. They don't have a leg to stand on. I expect that I'll be writing a statement for the insurance companies, but oh well, I've done that before. It'll be interesting to see what shakes out. If I'm wrong and end up on the witness stand, I won't enjoy that. Been there, Done it, Not my idea of a fun day.
Of all the cars that you see in the video that had "front row seats" to see the accident, NONE stopped to offer assistance, except for me. In Las Vegas, the Metro cops do not respond to fender benders, so it's up to the people involved to work it out. For me, it's a "pay-it-forward" kind of deal.
