Bellagio loses at least 1.5m to craps scam

And that is probably the tip of the iceberg. About 8 years ago the beancounters decided they could save thousands by eliminating the boxman on their dice games. MGM/Mirage was the first on the bandwagon. I'm pretty sure there are about 5 of us on this board who dealt the game, and I'm pretty sure we are all honest guys. That being said, if you would have taken the box off the games when we started many years ago 3 out 5 of us would be competing against Steve Wynn, because we would probably all own our own casinos. vbg If you know the business and the game of craps you would know that this is probably one of the dumbest moves in the history of the business. I've heard all the arguments like Oh, Surveillance will watch it. Many years ago I was forced to start over in surveillance. I'm giving away a very well kept secret, there are very few people in the eye that know the game! Sure they have been trained, they can talk the talk, but believe me, unless you've dealt the game, you don't know dick. Like I said at the beginning of the post, that is just the tip of the iceberg and I welcome comments.
