I can only relay what I was told. I think most of what he said to be true. He also talked about a couple of other card rooms in the area that I had never heard about. I will have to look into those as well.
I do believe the F.D. Chips were taken to the Davis Moose Lodge, but don't know how they were used exactly. He said they used them for poker there for many years. And wonder why the chips were taken to the Davis Lodge when there is a Dixon Lodge. (Still active ) The larger Moose Lodge chips had numbers taped to them (#21,22). I have no idea why. I took the tape off before taking the picture. The small Tokens were used for drinks. (White =beer & Red = "High Ball" or mixed)
I dont know where to classify the chips. Maybe charity because that was the original intention??
