Since it has the B-Diamond mold and is marked Port Townsend, I'd say it's from Washington state. I have not heard of Roma Inn, but could have been a small motel that occasionally had table games. The city directories of Port Townsend from 1946 to 1956 show Roma Inn on Water Street, the main-drag of the town.
