at you regarding Cuban policy/embargo. I meant what I said about how I felt/feel about the embargo, which is a very dear subject to me because I have shared the pain of those people for so long, but directed my anger at you, completely out of character, wrong and unnecessary, especially in a public arena. I never do that and extremely sorry I did. I always welcome exchange of ideas and even get fisty, but in a private more friendly setting when both parties have plenty of time to defend and back up their believe. I never gave you that chance. Was still in withdrawal from some meds, which makes me volatile, but not enough excuse for my behavior, the words & total outburst.

Again, my most sincere apologies, I like you a lot as a person and have always respected believes, whether I agree with them or not!
My bad, hope you will accept my apologies. Had not had a chance to do it earlier and wanted to do it now, that I am much better!
