Lucky Dragon boutique casino is slated to open in 2016 in Las Vegas

The Lucky Dragon in Las Vegas plans to roar to life as a boutique casino hotel with an Asian theme. The casino, owned by condo developer Andrew Fonfa, will be nestled between the Allure condominiums and the Golden Steer restaurant west of Las Vegas Boulevard. Construction on the property is expected to wrap up in summer 2016.
