Can LE's from the Edgewater Casino be cashed in?

I'm thinking we should have a list or database somewhere of which casino's still let you cash in LE's

For example we know that Hard Rock Las Vegas still continues to take old LE's but Fiesta does not.

I'm guessing Opera House and Silver Nugget are a No Go (since Opera House is gone now).

How about Palms?
Four Queens?
Harrah's (all locations)

Maybe there should be a flag on the MOGH Site that identifies that a chip is still cashable (like that wouldn't take forever to update).
