Unfortunately the ebay computers and personnel dance to a different tune & that has hurt buyers & seller more than anything else.

Lutz saw what you saw and assumed that with that and the loosening of the embargo by this administration led him to believe that things had changes. WRONG! Fortunately he had no previous record and they let him go with a month of no use of paypal, but remains on "probation" for good. Next he is out. However, that does not mean that ebay cannot get him before.

I have been in probation for quite sometime by ebay, not paypal & if they find me selling/buying I am out of ebay for good!!

PayPal kicked Lutz's brother out for good for buying and cannot get his paypal back. But he can still use ebay (?).

The computers pick up pictures and things being sold at ranthom, and obviously oblivious to the ebay or paypal's rules.

They also pick up people at ranthom and whether is paypal or ebay the punishment seems to change everyday. So, you can see people selling forever and others who get caught their first attempt. But, what is more worrisome is that now they are targetting buyers, as they told me from "ebay" when I requested rules to go by, getting the buyers seem to make their point more clear and universal!!

I am not sure about gold coins. But, ebay told me that they are banishing "any product that was made in Cuba, used in cube, etc". Anything being sold as a Cuban item is a "NO" for them. Regardless of the present laws. They told me they were tired of people arguing the embargo rules so they just created their own embargo rules- Anything advertise as being Cuban" is not allowed-PERIOD.

So, be very carefull. And yes, they are killing those of us who love Cuban Casino and memorabilia collectors.
