() Jim, I was just looking at the Nevada Club page on the Chip Guide. The bottom postcard is actually the Nevada Club in Reno. Also, what is described as a "pouch" appears to be a dealer apron, and the "toy slot machine" is a cardboard dispenser for books of matches. 
This page (There were a lot of Nevada Clubs in the state...easy to get mixed up!)
