You and I have discussed this photo and the people several times recently. From the ID of the Mint GM, I think we can date the photo to '75 or '76. "Went to Hawaii in 1974, where he spent a year, before coming back as GM of the Mint." Would take that as he was back sometime in '75. I think some of the clothes (Wynn, Kenny & Ted Binion) fit that time period as well.

We haven't looked at it from the standpoint of what downtown casino(s) are NOT represented by the people we do know. The fact that it's not Gene and that Kenny or Mike or Herb couldn't ID the guy means we may need to look at it differently or maybe he was just some tourist who photobombed the shot!! I could see Bedo doing that!

Maybe we find the downtown joints that were open '75-'76, eliminate all the places we do know from the IDs and try to run it down from there. I happen to know a guy who specializes in Downtown Las Vegas! We'll visit soon about this.
