Dan,

The ChipBoard and the ccgtcc discussion board seems to be the quickest and simplest way of notifying people of "chip finds". If it is a major "chip find", I would think anyone in the ccgtcc could notify a BoD member to get this information published in the next ccgtcc club magazine. Just my opinion...
