Golden Nugget (my favorite) is the closest to Harrah's within easy walking distance. Borgata is a bit further, but still walkable. The best way to get around town without a car or taxi, is to use the jitney. Every casino has a jitney stop. Once you get to the boardwalk, use the tram instead of the rolling carts. Much cheaper.
