I think I've seen them at Lady Luck, Sunset Station, Excalibur and Palace Station. Lady Luck has it as a strict one time only deal, once you do it you can never ever do it again. At Sunset and Excalibur they said it was a once a year offer. To get the stuff you make out a application card that can be found at the cashier's cage or slot card booth or both. Then you get it authorized at the club booth (where they check if you've done the deal before) and send you to the cage to buy the chips. As these are designed to give you a "discount" on chips to get you to try out the table games, you get $15 for $10 or $25 for $20 or whatever, in these special chips. Then you can take then to the BJ table or craps or whatever, and bet them like regular chips. If you win, they pay you in real chips, and if you lose they take the Win Chip. Even if you are not a chip collector, these are a great deal as they give you a slight edge that overcomes the normal casino edge on the games. Which is why you are restricted in how often you can get'em. If anyone ever spots a new place that uses Win Chips, please pass it on to the rest of us here on the Chip Board. That's easier then just stumbling upon the deal when in LV.
