Yeah how bout some calves brains and scrambled eggs? Wow you don't see that on a menu to often.I like and collect some menus from some clubs or casinos I have chips from,they are very cool telling and showing a lot of history and great artwork.I have one from th S'S Caliente that's beautiful.Was a gambling ship off California.Thanks for sharing.
