There is a 'line' and a number of people have been blocked in the past for crossing it.
One was given a final public warning here just a few days ago and I am in the middle of writing to another.
I've tried to continue the running of the bb's in the same exact manner Greg did, and while I ultimately decide, I do from time to time discuss issues with others that acted as admins for Greg in the past.
