You must set your internet options to always accept cookies from thechipboard.com. If you are using Internet Explorer, click the "gear" icon at the upper right corner. That will allow you to get to the Internet Options drop down section to allow thechipboard to send cookies that will be stored on your computer.

Your problem is different from mine. I can accept cookies from this site. When I run Norton Antivirus, the cookies are among those that the utility thinks are potentially harmful. I can't tell which I should retain by looking at the file names. When I allow the utility to delete them all, I lose the ability to have prefilled fields when I post a message and NEW messages don't have the NEW flag in red any more.
