It's a free Norton program but I have never downloaded it. Is that where I specify safe sites?

By the way, I use Norton Antivirus as a program installed on my PC; I don't subscribe to their newer "cloud" protection "Norton ™ Internet Security" that they want you to use and pay subscription fees for. I just buy a new installation disk every year to keep Antivirus protection only available on my PC.
