Well it seems that this has been called into question even though they are clearly stated and have been discussed numerous times before.

So to make it easy on everyone I am posting a link to the clubs Bylaws which explain exactly what these duties are:

Please read carefully section II entitled "OFFICERS AND THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES"

There IS NO other document that lists the duties of each of the officers.

Now I know this may come as a surprise to many people who were approached at the convention and told something differently, but I need to set the record straight as much of what was told to people is completely non factual.
