I think you owe me an apology for calling me on the phone and yelling at me over a 10.00 invoice--im the one who told you the lost item came and offered to pay for it--I surely hope you don't treat all your customers like you did to me---I was the honest one to offer top pay for it and yelling at me and making demands wont get you far-- a simple apology will be accepted--if you would like for me to post the previous emails you sent me last week I have no problem in doing so
