Re: Flips and bubble mailers ???

You might consider size 0 (zero) bubble mailers rather than 000, Jim. I found the larger envelope was only about 1/4 oz heavier, could take larger items when I needed to ship them, and took a standard size label for printing from PayPal. I bought 250 for $31.75 about a year ago (cheaper than 000 in fact). I found them through Amazon although you can order direct from the Boxery. Here's their web site:

If you ship chips, I found that 3-4 chips could go in a size 0 envelope for the 3 ounce 1st class package rate. Using PayPal for shipping, postage would be only $2.03. You can print adhesive-back labels direct from the PayPal website, or you can print plain paper, cut it out, and tape it to the envelope.

I buy Avery adhesive labels (2 per sheet) from Costco and they work fine in my ink-jet sheet printer. You don't have to cut down the labels if you use a size 0 envelope; with 000, you have to print at 90% size and cut them out with scissors (still getting only 2 per sheet of labels).
