I cannot translate, but ... It is a Great Seal - "sigillum maius" - of some notable person or institution. The headgears worn by the three figures show that they are the Pope in the center, wearing the papal triple tiara. To the Pope's right is a king wearing a crown, and at the Pope's left, a bishop wearing a mitre. I wonder if the words FACULTA and ACAD might mean the seal belongs to a University or to a person connected to one??
