There was a big thing going on when someone kept complaining to the casino Control commission about chips and casinos practices about selling them... so they told the Casinos no more LE's. No more chips sold from the cage... FQ kept selling them and sold to an undercover CCC guy and were fines 10K. Im not sure who else was fined but i've heard the CCC sent out letters to the main Casinos that make up the LE's and told them no more... (HR Palms and FQ) This is why the LE's have pretty much dried up. Hard rock only makes them for a band that has some kind of residency at HR. Palms cant even buy a dollar chip from the cage. HR sells them from a roulette table for a release.... Not sure if you can go to the cage later and get them. Im sure some others might know...
