I'm not sure if the Million Dollar Casino (below) is the property you're looking for. I remember seeing an interview with Bob Stupak, where he talks about his Million Dollar Museum. I thought it was downtown, where his Gambler's Hall of Fame Casino was located (where Mermaids is now...was Sassy Sallys). BUT I could be wrong on that.
