I collect currency, and I think I know the value of notes - all based on condition and rarity.

Your note has a piece missing upper left hand corner and stains on the backside where the piece is missing, there is writing on the backside, the note is very dirty and to wash it just de-values the note, and to top it off the note has many folds and wrinkles - all of this in a quick review of both sides. Lets face it, it's a very circulated and worn note.

This is not a "Put Down", just telling ya as it is.
