Suggestion on ID'ing font sizes

I would recommend identifying the various font sizes by their point size (e.g. 8 pt., 10 pt., 12 pt., etc.) versus ambiguous descriptors like "Very Small" or "Extra Large." This would create a much accurate means for identifying chips in the future. Determining the point size is as simple as setting up a Word document with type set at various sizes and printing (at 100%) to a clear plastic sheet. Place the overlay on top of each chip and see which point size most closely matches the font.

Just a suggestion.
