Driving the back roads of Mississippi to get to Natchez and the Isle Of Capri, I arrived there in 2012 -- the same year Magnolia Bluffs opened their doors. Entering the casino around noon, the place was pretty empty except for a large group of patrons awaiting the buffet to open. The day's special was fried catfish, hush puppies and all the tomato relish you could eat. While waiting to go upstairs to eat, I was talking to the crap table dealer and he had put some new $1 and $5 chips in play that day. I asked if he ever saw the .25-center, and his reply was, "it has been long gone, and not being used to pay odds on the crap table." But, being a perfect souther gentleman, he said he was due to take a break, and would go to his car where he had one." He said you can have it for free, but I gave a nice tip for his trouble.
