No doubt! When I was up in northeast Oklahoma a couple of months back, and stopped at the Downstream Casino in Quapaw, the dealer there told me to definitely get a player's card, as I would have to pay the "ante" fee if I did not have one. So, while the rules are apparently flexible, Choctaw, Chickasaw, Comanche and Kiowa nations (at least) are happy to keep taking the ante no matter what.
