Looks like you have at least two of the new rack chips in your find. The PowWow chip is a real gem. Here's the history on it:
The 10th Anniversary PowWow, Choctaw Nation held at Choctaw Casino - Resort, Durant OK Nov. 29 - Nov. 30, 2014. As a salute Choctaw Nation offered over $80,000 prizes honoring the anniversary year for tribal members who participated in ancient cultural Indian activities like dress, dancing, beading, etc. Choctaw Casino -- in recognition of the 10th PowWow issued $5, $25 and $100 limited edition chips put in play on the first day (Nov. 29, 2014) Higher value chips still available on tables, but $5 chips are limited.

And, the WSOP chip is becoming hard to find. The casino might just destroy all of them because they have dissolved their association with WSOP and picked up WPT.
