IMO, it is not a Borland chip. I have 579 of what I call "Borland Others."
The Hotel Havana would fall into that category.
Total Borlands in all categories 887.
Hot stamps on all are real close to being the same. That one does not come close.

IMO the Hotel Havana was made on a blank as a counterfeit by someone.
