Hey ChipGuide submitters, Editing program now on the ChipGuide

Charles today uploaded a clean current version of PhotoScape to the ChipGuide website:

http://themogh.org/cgupdate/PhotoScape_V3.7.exe

READ ALL THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE STARTING
1) Download PhotoScape by clicking on the link above
2) Run the program to install it
3) During the install it asks if you want to install GOOGLE DRIVE, you do not need it, UNSELECT it

I hope this help, and if any one need help using this program, we can set up a online class that would last about an hour.
