I got curious and googled. According to an article in the Review-Journal, there were 11 names in the original black book, all added because of mob ties. (Marshall Caifano, Louis Tom Dragna, Carl James Civella, Nicholas Civella, Sam Giancana, Murray Llewellyn Humphreys, Al Capone, Joseph Sica, Michael Coppola, John Louis Battaglia, Robert L. Garcia, Motel Grzebienacy)
