I notice that when I try to list in bulk using eBay's relisting software, they want to charge me 30 cents for each listing. If I relist each one individually, there is no charge. I am within my 20/20 free, so there's clearly something wrong with the way the software calculates fees. (I am doing this on a regular computer, not a phone)
