Constructive ideas are healthy. But, the club members that just Criticize,Complain, and condemn, our leaders, and our convention,, upset me. We talk about potential new members getting turn off on our club reading these posts, what about current members feeling the same way. I know this is a public board,and people have the right to express opinons, but this is turning into a complant board, and not a chip board. I don't like that direction. We got rid of the politial posts, and that greatly improved our board. The personal disagreements also, are not healthy for the club, it is deterrent to our club, even if facts are true. A more profesional discussion is the best for this board. We have so many smart sucessful members, but sometimes egos get put ahead of our club. Maybe, I'm just getting old and touchy, but this is how I feel.
