The person who starts the round robin has far more control over the round robin. (crap prevention)

The participants save money because they know what is coming to them and can pass on the round robin without needing the pay the $10 - $20 for looking a something that didn't peak their interest. (also crap prevention).

It might be a little more work for the owner scanning the new chips/blacking out the taken chips.

I think it would be a great idea for a newer collector!
