With all due respect, Archie, I would love to be a Life Member, but I just can't afford to plunk down $400+ dollars. I once asked before for a way to pay in installments to achieve L-Membership, but that didn't seem to go over well. Not many of us regular, long time members (I'm 10yrs+), have the funds to get a LM. If there were a way to do it cheaper, I think you would see a lot more Regular Members trying for it. But until then it's something only the "Elite" of our club can attain.
