Why don't we ask individuals?

Would current volunteers feel aggrieved by Paid ED ?

And that we shouldn't just "Assume" they feel that way.

I answered that question in my post with a positive YES.

I know how you feel and your entitled to your opinion. For all I know that could be the best suggestion the club ever received.

I was responding to your question with my personal knowledge and my own thoughts.

As I always say, there are no stupid questions or suggestions as everyone has a different opinion.

Without new ideas we could never improve and that would be a bad thing.
