Why don't we ask individuals?

Would current volunteers feel aggrieved by Paid ED? I would think that the position would help them immensely. Would a ED help out with the Magazine?
I'm sure they would… getting advertising, getting articles written, providing additional support for content and publicity working with editors, I'd bet you would see a positive impact in the magazine.

We should not assume that current volunteers would be offended that the Club has grown to hire it's first full time position, someone to organize and manage it. I would think it would be a step to be celebrated by all members.

Can we ask… before we assume.
