when the club was founded in 88 the major casino markets were vegas , reno, tahoe, A/C , and the caribean. In 91-92 the casino boom of indian and riverboats casinos and racinos happened. now casinos are everywhere.i suggested moving the convention and with that came its too expensive , no dealers would go, etc.i think people would rather drive a few hours than fly a few hours. even if the 4 day national convention doesn't more how about this , a cosponsered event with the ACCCCC. we have a november meeting in a casino. people come in on saturday . make our sunday event to a 8 hour thing . both clubs would benefit.
