The club should put together a New Collectors Kit for prospective members/collectors. In a nice folder include 3-4 chips, glossy articles to introduce the hobby such as what to collect, history, etc. Include a membership application to the club. Once you have the kit, start advertising in other hobby periodicals/Facebook or websites and give them away for free to anyone interested.
