You are talking to someone who deals with a full-time grant writer and oversees 300K in grant revenue per year.

This is not rocket science. We need organizational help. It starts with going to an organizational "Doctor" to get a checkup.

We need a realistic plan for the future. We need to understand what is working about the club and where we can do better.
Once we figure ourselves out, then we implement the strategies that will improve where we need to improve.

There needs to be accountability with the work we do. We need to energize and empower our members…
