The first chip you show, the green one, is from the PAN CLUB of Antioch, CA. That swirly thing doesn't look like a P but it is.

For the blue chip with the J in the diamond, I get JACK'S PLACE in Marysville, per Staeffler/Kallman. How they ended up with a bunch of Arcata advertising chips I do not know.
